Charlie and I visited Warner Brothers Studios for the backlot tour. Ellen is on hiatus for the summer, but, hey, her parking space is here!
Set of Friends. This was pretty cool. They moved it from the original sound stage on the suggestion of Jay Leno to a location that could be open to us tourists. I was hoping one of the cast members would show their faces while we were there...didn't happen.

So, here's President Richard Nixon's boyhood home at his library. He was born in this house on January 9, 1913. The story goes that his Mom didn't want to go to the hospital because it was a "blustery winter day"...and she didn't want to go out in the cold. Oh, wait, isn't this southern California? We didn't ask the temperature that day...we were being polite tourists.

Off to Callaway vineyards in Temecula! What a great town and winery! Not to mention the sunny weather.
